Find the Signal. Tune the System. Amplify the Result.

Space is rarely silent. Frequencies cross, data pulses, the outlines of unexplored directions begin to emerge. Within that movement, I look for a signal worth listening to: sometimes barely perceptible, yet already a point of reference for the next step.

I’m Stanislaŭ Silkin. Since 2018, I’ve worked in user acquisition for websites and mobile apps. I bring media buying, analytics and automation together — from the first campaign hypotheses to tools that give teams more clarity and room to think.

Flowing data signal waves in deep navy and mint

Tuned to the Work

I’m currently Lead User Acquisition Manager at AIBY. I run campaigns myself and lead a team of UA managers. My past and present projects include Themify, Solvo, ChatOn, OnSkin, HitMeal and ChatBox.

I plan acquisition, allocate budgets, test creatives, audiences and channels, and optimise and scale campaigns. I follow the full user journey — from the first encounter with an ad to actions in the product and return on investment.

Every product has its own rhythm. I enjoy finding the combination of message, audience and timing that creates a response — and then understanding what lies behind it.

Separate the Signal from the Noise

Data takes shape gradually. Event by event, hypothesis by hypothesis, connections emerge: between advertising and the product, initial interest and the next action, investment and outcome.

I set up event collection, conversion measurement and analytics integrations. I work with attribution, audiences, segments and reporting. I test hypotheses and look for patterns that can guide a decision.

Well-tuned analytics can help you hear a faint signal before it becomes obvious — and understand whether it is worth amplifying.

Keep the Pulse. Make Room for Thought.

Everyday work has its own background noise: repetitive tasks, disconnected services, data moved by hand. Automation quiets that background and leaves more attention for work that needs thought.

I write scripts for Google Ads and other workflows, connect services through APIs, work with Make and configure MCP integrations that let AI tools access work data and services.

At AIBY, I also contribute to the development of an automation platform for the UA department: advising the development team, prioritising tasks and proposing new features for exploration.

I value tools that become a natural part of the working rhythm: helping people notice changes in time, get the data they need and make room for the next idea.

How I Found My Frequency

My journey began in AdOps and media buying — setting up campaigns and analytics, and learning how digital advertising works from the inside.

At Servolux, I helped bring media buying in-house. My work covered planning, buying, analytics and reporting, alongside collaboration with advertising platforms and contractors.

At Apalon, I worked on user acquisition for mobile and web products. I tested creatives, audiences, markets and advertising approaches, and collaborated with marketing, ASO, product, monetisation, data and development teams. I shared knowledge through training sessions on web acquisition and the technical side of analytics.

Since 2020, I’ve also worked on my own web and mobile projects. Today, my work brings together hands-on buying, team leadership, analytics and the development of automation. Each helps me tune the others more precisely.

Beyond the Working Frequencies

Before marketing, I worked in software localisation into Belarusian. Through LINGVA-BY, I contributed to the localisation of products from Microsoft, Google, Samsung and Wargaming.

Languages, history and cultures remain part of my life. They have rhythms, connections and shades of meaning of their own. I enjoy listening closely, understanding how they work and finding words that carry what matters.

Find the Signal

VETAX is my personal professional brand. It brings together my experience, curiosity and desire to make complex systems easier to understand.

To find the signal is to notice what matters among countless data points and directions. To tune in is to understand its meaning. To amplify it is to give a working idea room to grow.

Sometimes it starts with a barely perceptible pulse. A question, an observation or a hypothesis worth listening to.

It Begins with a First Pulse.

Tell me about a challenge, a question or an idea you want to explore. Let’s tune in to your frequency: user acquisition, measurement or the way your team works.

Hear the signal. Find a foothold. Take a step beyond the known.
